Marnie Rocks orders are
shipped via UPS Ground Mail. Shipping times vary according to
location. UPS quotes a 2-5 day time period to most
locations. We are unable to guarantee that you will receive your
order within this time period. Many locations receive the
shipment the next day and others may take up to 14 days. Orders
placed during the hours between 8:00 am and 3:30 pm central time
will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after business
hours will be shipped the following business day. An exception
to this policy would be if the item ordered is not in stock. In
this case, you will be notified via e-mail of an expected ship
date.

It is our hope that you
will be pleased with your merchandise. However, if you are
not happy with what you ordered, or it is not what you were
expecting, you may exchange the item within 14 days of
purchase. Items must be in purchased condition.
Special orders and sale items are final sales-no exchanges
will be given.
No refunds will be
given.
Broken or damaged
merchandise will be repaired or replaced. Simply notify us
of the problem, send us your item, and we will repair or
replace it within 7 business days.
All special orders,
such as lengths of necklaces other than those offered on the
website, will be treated as final sales. Since the piece is
being made specifically for your order, we will not be able
to accept any exchanges.
All SALE ITEMS
are final and can not be exchanged.
